I’m lining up interviews over Zoom or in person with people who live these workplace problems every day. Managers, nurses, tradespeople, researchers, founders, skeptics. Every walk of life carries real experience worth learning from.
The goal is a series that stands on both legs: my own research into the Word and the science, and field-tested perspective from the people doing the work.
